Bethesda Clinic has been meeting the medical needs of people in NE Oklahoma since April 2012. The Clinic is a ministry of First Baptist Church (FBC), Langley, OK. Dr. Pat Belford, a long-time physician in NE Oklahoma, and a Deacon of FBC, recognizing the urgent need for the free clinic and worked with FBC Langley to make the Clinic a reality. The Clinic is generally opened every Saturday except for holidays and or when volunteer professional staff is not available. The Clinic has served the needs of approximately 4000 patients, since its opening. The Clinic provides care for people with little or no insurance that meet certain household income guidelines.
To share and demonstrate the message of Christ by joining our volunteers together to help meet spiritual, emotional, and health care needs at no cost to the patient. To care for patients with chronic illnesses and diseases with little or no insurance.
Services are provided by various providers (doctors), nurses, phlebotomist, chaplains and other non-medical staff members. The Clinic is completely staffed by volunteers. We encourage anyone interested to become a volunteer for our clinic.
